Return and Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges or store credit, including for faulty items.
Exchanges for Non-Faulty Items:
For Faulty items, we accept exchanges only. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and must use a fully tracked service. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. For non-faulty items, we do not accept exchanges or refunds.
Incorrect Orders
While we take great care in fulfilling orders, mistakes can occasionally happen, especially during peak times. If you receive an incorrect order, we sincerely apologize and offer the following resolutions:

Replacement Order (No Extra Cost)
- We will send a new shipment with the correct items at no additional cost.
- If the total order value is below 11 euros, you may keep the incorrect item.
- For higher-value orders, a return may be required. If so, we will provide instructions and reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Gift Card Compensation
- If returning the incorrect item is inconvenient, we can issue a store credit equal to the order value for future purchases.

Please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. If a return is required, we will guide you through the process and ensure shipping costs are covered appropriately.
