Incorrect address issues:
We just follow the shipping details on the basis of what you entered on the checkout page when you place your order. We are not responsible for lost, retained, incorrect delivery errors due to incorrect shipping addresses. As a result, order confirmations are automatically sent to our customer's email address to confirm the purchase, which will also allow them time to review their full details.
Our shipping center does not allow returned foreign shipments, so if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you will not be refunded for your order.

- Handling: Orders Processed Same Day or Within 72H During Peak Times
- Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Delivery Time Stated at Check

Standard Shipping: Does not include a tracking number and is not insured against loss or undelivered packages. The Good Club is not liable for lost or undelivered packages shipped via Standard Shipping.

Express Shipping: Includes a tracking number and insurance for lost or undelivered packages.
Additional International Shipping fees/charges:
The consumer shall be liable for all other delivery costs, duties and taxes not otherwise levied by The Good Club. Consult your country's tax and duty conditions prior to purchase. Customers are responsible for paying the International Customs Charge, where applicable, which is not included in the order. If shipments are not claimed and returned to our warehouse, we will not refund your order.
Customers are responsible for all freight costs, except for goods lost in transit.
Shipping, taxes and storage costs are non-refundable.
Order Change/Cancellation: We aim to fulfill orders within 1 hour of purchase; you have up to 1 hour after your order to edit/cancel.
